CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY All cancellations or changes must be made 48 hrs prior to appointment. Any cancellations or changes within 48 hrs will be charged 50% of booked services. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price.  If you wish to reschedule, the appointment must be paid IN FULL upon booking. (Non-refundable) CARD ON FILE A card is required to be held on file for all appointments in order to enforce the cancellation policy. Nothing is charged to this card unless the cancellation policy is broken. Online booking will require a card to be entered for each appointment booked. You may store your card on file via your online booking account or in the studio after your initial appointment.
